SFDR and Taxonomy

According to the EU Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation (Regulation 2019/2088) (SFDR), our investment vehicle Nexta Renewable Fund SICAV RAIF has been classified as an “Article 9” fund, the highest ESG-compliance standard having sustainable investments as their objective.

Article 9 funds are also required to assess the fund portfolio against the principle of “do no significant harm” by considering the Principle Adverse Impacts and incorporating considerations of the minimum social safeguards specified in the EU Taxonomy Regulation (Regulation EU 2020/852) on the establishment of a framework to facilitate sustainable investment.
